It was headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. In the last 20 years, S&N expanded significantly from its home base to become a major international business with beer volumes growing almost tenfold.

The Client’s major difficulties in managing their employee appraisal and training needs led to confusion. In order to reduce the tedious processes and reduce costs, they wanted to automate all their training and appraisal processes.

Our team of consultants spent time to understand the Client’s manual processes and mapped it on the SAP system. All the booking and appraisal processes were automated using the SAP workflow. We configured the learning Solution so that the employee could select the available courses and book courses that fit their career objectives. We also configured online and offline courses which an employee could attend by logging into the learning portal.
