The client is a rapidly growing real estate developer in India. It has massive planned/under construction projects across India. The company has planned to enter in to strategic alliances with an international industry leader for technical expertise & expansion.

The client was operating on isolated systems for their daily activities. With growing business, the lack of integration between the disparate systems was complicating and slowing business activities. This called for a tool or an application which seamlessly integrated their business functions and provided a comprehensive and accurate operating, controlling, managing and reporting system.

We studied their processes carefully and went about implementing SAP PS, SD, MM, DMS & FICO. Solution Manager module was implemented to support project management activities, MM module to support the procurement and Inventory changes occurring in day to day business operations, SD module to support order fulfillment, delivery, and billing, FICO module to support statutory booking of accounting postings and to help management keep track of expenses and revenue, PS module to support comprehensive project management functionality and DMS module to support powerful document management capabilities through an easy to use interface.
