Its products are manufactured in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, and include such product lines as dairy liquids, cheese, regular and strained yogurt, butter and ghee, fresh and sterilized creams, a range of fresh and bottled fruit juices, and tomato paste. The client is also involved in the manufacturing and distribution of bakery products

Since its inception, the company has been manually handling HR related processes like transfer, Contract Renewal, Change in remuneration, Termination etc. These processes involved a lot of paper work and manual intervention. The client was concerned about glaring inefficiencies in processing time. There was no workflow based system which could handle all these processes efficiently and automatically update employees’ related information onto the system.

Our team of consultants analyzed the existing business processes, understood the SAP HR system functionalities and came up with a recommendation that best suited the needs of the Client. We introduced a new application framework, SAP HCM Processes and Forms, powered by SAP NetWeaver. It involved re-working HR sub modules like organization management, personnel actions and Payroll. We recommended and upgraded few features in the existing system, so that the HCM processes can be driven effectively.
