The client is the world’s largest oil corporation with the largest proved crude oil reserves and production. It also operates the world’s single largest hydrocarbon network and the master gas system.

The client wanted to enhance the employee experience in the travel management process. They wanted to let their employees have more control of their own travel needs. They wanted a system through which an employee could plan trips in advance and seek necessary approvals and funding.

Our consultants worked on the needs of the client before developing the existing features. To bring in the new features, we integrated the SAP HR & FI with the global travel system through the SAP XI platform. We also weaved the system across employee self service (ESS) & manager self service (MSS) which allows the employees to plan, submit and seek approvals for their trips.
