Being an extremely large organization, managing and redeploying available manpower was a huge concern for the Client. There was no corporate system which supported the control of these manpower resources. Activities such as submission and withdrawal of available manpower, approval for submission and withdrawal, referral and screening processes, and transferring employees were conducted either manually or on a variety of disparate systems. These activities were therefore time-consuming and did not offer sufficient flexibility to support evolving business demands. Hence, the client wanted to build a comprehensive automated system to address their needs. |
